Intense pulsed light (IPL)
Although technically not a laser, IPL uses multiple wavelengths of light to achieve its effects. It triggers collagen growth and treats pigmentation issues such as rosacea and age spots. IPL's energy is neither as concentrated nor as powerful as a pulse from a laser. Therefore treatment may take longer, but it's gentler on the skin.
