Fees and Payments

To reserve the facility and initiate other arrangements, an operating room fee is payable when surgery is scheduled. Surgical fees should be paid three weeks prior to the date of operation. All major credit cards are accepted. Financing may be arranged through resources such as CareCredit and PatientFi.

Many cosmetic procedures require the services of an anesthesiologist. Fees vary according to the type and extent of the surgery, and are paid directly to the anesthesiologist.

Insurance

Certain reconstructive procedures may be covered by insurance. Dr. Copeland’s office manager is available to discuss this with you. Dr. Copeland participates in Medicare.

Dr. Copeland-Halperin is a provider to insurance plans including Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please call our office to confirm insurance plan participation.
