Phenomenal job

Dr. Copeland Halperin where have you been all my life?! I suffer from keloid scarring (easily) and she was able to successfully remove the lipoma that was on my upper shoulder area WITHOUT a keloid scar forming! The lipoma was fairly large at 4” but she made a small incision (1cm) which allowed the scar to heal nicely. During the consultation and all the way to post surgery care, she addressed all of my concerns. She really does a phenomenal job and great at what she does. I do want to give a quick shoutout to all her staff (Andrea and Lauren) because they do an amazing job as well. Thank you thank you!

Lipoma removal

Dr. Libby Copeland-Halperin performed an extraction of a 7 cm lipoma on my upper arm. Her minimally invasive extraction techniques, including the use of liposuction, allowed for a much smaller incision (about a half inch) versus other surgeons I considered. Her time and attention, personal accessibility, surgical skill and consultation support made for a smooth and stress free process. I highly recommend her as a plastic surgeon for serious consideration if you are exploring removal of a lipoma.

Laceration repair and skin graft

You needn’t look any further for empathetic and thorough care. Dr Copeland-Halperin not only saved my thumb but allayed my fears during an intricate skin graft procedure. If only more doctors had her bedside manner. Thank you Dr Copeland-Halperin and the whole team who were excellent!

She has excellent bedside manner, making me feel comfortable and well informed during my minor procedure. I really appreciated how she took her time with me during our initial consult and the day of the procedure to answer my questions and to ensure I was well informed. She followed up with me after my procedure to see how I was healing – something I really appreciated considering how minor it was (with other practices the nurse would do the follow up, not the physician). I have already recommended her to my friends and family for any skin issues and cosmetic procedures.

Acne and Skin Rejuvenation Treatment

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Copeland-Halperin and her office. I am seeing her for a series of skin rejuvenation procedures, mainly to address acne scarring. We began with a consultation where she offered a variety of options to address my concerns. I chose to do a combination of topical skin care and laser treatments. She has a great bed-side manner and everything has been pain-free with almost zero downtime. My skin was a bit sensitive the following day, but I had almost no redness or peeling.

She followed up with my on my progress and her office is also very communicative.

I am continuing to see her for ongoing treatments.
