30-year-old patient before and three months after breast reduction using our minimal scar Lejour technique. This patient of mine was bothered by large, heavy, and pendulous breasts that were out of proportion to the rest of her body and made her feel self-conscious and also caused back, neck and shoulder pain. She chose to undergo a breast reduction using our minimal scar Lejour technique, which eliminates the long scar underneath the fold of the breast and creates a smaller, more proportionate and lifted breast. She is now three months out from surgery and feels so much more comfortable and confident in her body!
